AKPole Studio is looking for pole instructors, administrative staff and management, housekeeping, social media specialists, event organizers, and other positions. We offer internships for all of the above.
We are looking for proactive and creative individuals who are punctual, reliable, and have strong professional ethics. If you want to be a part of a space where pole and aerial art is born and professional growth and ambitions are supported, we’d like to meet you.

Joining the AKPole Instructor Team
1. Start with Training – New instructors begin with the AKPole Teacher Training Course
(exception for candidates with 5+ years of teaching experience or those who intend to teach advanced-level classes).
2. Step into Subbing – After training, you’ll join our substitute instructor list, giving you the chance to get comfortable teaching our students and classes. For those eager to start teaching right a way, we also offer a fast - track option: taking classes at a special discounted rate. This helps new instructors quickly to get to know our community, student levels, and studio structure - even if sub requests don't come in often.
3. Grow into Your Role – Once placed on a regular schedule, instructors enter a probation period of up to 9 months, with plenty of support and feedback along the way.
Compensation: Pay rate is determined by your teaching experience and skill set.
