AKPole Studio is hiring pole dance instructors, administrative staff and management, housekeeping, social media, event organizing, and other positions. We offer internships for all of the above.

We are looking for proactive and creative candidates who are punctual, reliable, and have strong professional ethics. If you want to be a part of a space where pole and aerial art is being born, and professional growth and ambitions are supported, we’d like to meet you.

New instructor hiring process

A new instructor must be a consistent student of AKPole Studio for 6-12 months if they lack prior teaching experience.
A new instructor must successfully complete the AKPole Teacher Training Course. Exceptions are based on individual cases. Successful completion means passing the test with a 100% score.
Cost of the Teacher Training beginner level - $899, intermediate level - $899 (15 hours each). 50% off if taken for the second time.
Three months probation period for instructors with 2+ years experience, six months probation period for instructors with 0-2 years experience with a Starting Pay rate ($18), or Basic Pay rate ($20-$25).
Post-probation period flat pay rates are $25, $30, $35, $40, $45 based on instructor’s qualifications.
Commission pay rates available.
