Prerequisites: Extended Butterfly and Caterpillar Push-Up (3 times on each side, with a 3-second hold)

•    Twisted Grip Ayesha

•    True Grip Ayesha

•    Elbow Grip Ayesha

•    Twisted Grip Handspring

Focus Areas:

•    Technique development for multiple grips

•    Intensive conditioning targeting upper body, core, and deadlift strength

•    For those demonstrating readiness, work toward true grip handsprings and cup grip Ayesha

Plus, receive a 4-week personal training plan to continue at home

  •    The clinic fee is prepaid and non-refundable, but it may be transferred to another student who meets the prerequisites

Teacher Training 

(from Zero to complete Intermediate Level)

Our Teacher Training is designed to help you master the fundamentals of pole tricks (Pole Sport) through precision, repetition, and focused refinement. Learn the essential elements of pole through corresponding movement, alignment, and technique that forms the backbone of safe, effective pole instruction.

This program is comprehensive. You'll break down key moves and transitions, focusing on proper technique and building muscle memory. Through consistent practice you'll learn to teach with clarity—breaking down movements, spotting effectively, and cueing with precision. Through hands-on feedback, alignment and pole conditioning drills, and structured repetition, you'll refine your own practice while learning to guide others safely and effectively.

The online option is self-paced. Students can expect to complete this course within 12-18 months when practicing 2-3 hours a week.

  • This Course is designed by the studio owner - a champion Instructor with over a decade experience teaching, competing and judging. It blends the information from many professional trainings Anna K has taken herself and 13+ years of teaching and training instructors. This Teacher Training has been held 5 times since 2022, with successful graduates who are now actively teaching their own classes. 

  • The program is built and refined based on close observation of real students' progress, ensuring it prepares future instructors for effective, real-world teaching conditions.

  • This program teaches fundamentals of pole sport disciple from zero to complete intermediate level, after which  you will be able to teach nation and worldwide.

  • 9 months of consistent experience at AKPole Studio

AKPole Studio Teaching Opportunities:

  • Completion of the Teacher Training does not guarantee teaching opportunities at AKPole

  • Completion of the Teacher Training guarantees a priority spot for instructor position when it becomes available at AKPole
